Username Recovery under Support on website
The
username recovery will no longer requires keying in of password. But you must key in
the correct email. So please never forget your email. If you
cannot access your email because you forgot your email password, please take
that up with your email provider. Do not ask us to give game account
information directly to you simply because you forgot your email or cannot
access your email for whatever reasons.
The
username (along with Secure Code) will be sent to the email with which the game
account is registered. So for those who forget their Secure code, just do a
username recovery as well.

Password Reset under Support on website
The
password reset will no longer requires keying in username. Just make sure you
key in the correct email address with which you registered your game account.
You can change the password to one that you like using Manage Account function
on website after the password reset.

6.1 February Event: The Scent of Love and Nostalgia

This event has ended but GM_Wan is still in Event Garden for you to exchange your rewards.
6.2 February Event: Poppuri Box Drill & Hunting Event
Congratulations on achieving the target. Good job, everyone ~
To get the stage rewards, please DO NOT OPEN your Poppuri boxes first.
After the server is opened officially, log in to Website -- > Manage Account -- > Event -- > get rewards.
After getting your rewards, then only you can open your boxes safely. If you opened your boxes before getting the rewards, the system will go by whatever amount of boxes still left inside your account. If you have less than 1500 boxes (even if you have more before that), you will NOT get the stage rewards.
So take note of this.
You are given one (1) week (until March 16, 2018 – website date) to open your boxes (your boxes are now moved to Use tab on your char).
On March 17, 2018, we will count and see who are the top three (3) Poppuri ticket holders in the game. Anyone opening boxes after the counting, even if they get higher number of tickets, will not qualify for consideration to win.
We will announce the winners on March 17, 2018 or the next day.
The winners are to put the pet that they want to expand inside their char's item inventory (and not put any other pet in there so that GM/Coder don’t get confused about which pet to expand). Only pets with existing slot of 1 – 3 are acceptable.
The winners also get one custom hat each with the following titles:
Winner #1 – hat title when equipped = “No.1 Poppuri Winner 2018”
Winner #2 – hat title when equipped = “No.2 Poppuri Winner 2018”
Winner #3 – hat title when equipped = “No.3 Poppuri Winner 2018”
On March 18, 2018, we will put the exchange NPC in Event Garden for exchanging rewards as follows:
